TREE REMOVAL
When a tree needs to be cut down, it's paramount to have an appreciation for proper technique and safety considerations. We pride ourselves in doing things the right way. We're fully insured for your peace of mind, and we work carefully for ours!
TREE PRUNING & CABLING
Our favorite trees are the ones that you don't want to cut down, but that might need some hazardous limbs or deadwood removed, poorly attached branches cabled, crown reduction or lifting, or inconvenient branches trimmed. We will climb your favorite tree and make sure it continues to serve you well. Keep in mind - it's especially the young trees on your property that should be pruned to improve health and structure, preventing problem trees in the future.
STUMP GRINDING
When access allows, we can grind stumps to below grade. We have taken care of all sizes of stumps from little sapling stumps that you hit with your mower, to 6-foot diameter maple and oak stumps and exposed roots. Whether you would like the stump removal as part of your tree removal quote, or just finally want to take of that rotting eye sore in the back yard, give us a call.
BRUSH REMOVAL, TREE SELECTION, AND UNDERSTORY CLEARING
Whether you have a half acre or forty, West Michiganders usually have no shortage of new trees popping up everywhere. Brush can easily pile up and need to be removed or mulched. While there, we can help you identify understory growth and saplings that are promising future additions to your canopy, potential future hazards or invasive species, and help you select young trees for cultivating, pruning, or removing. Many times the chips from the trees and brush you don't want to keep around will become the mulch for those you do!
